1. What are the age and review requirements for booking?

We require the person booking to be at least 26 years old and have a minimum of three reviews from previous hosts. 

2. Can I book if I don’t have any Airbnb reviews yet?

Yes, if you’re new to Airbnb and don’t have reviews, you can ask one of your guests with reviews to submit the reservation request on your behalf.

3. Can I host events or parties at the rental?

No, parties, events, and additional unregistered guests are strictly prohibited.

4. Are pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed, except for assistance dogs.

5. Is smoking or vaping permitted?

No, smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited on the property.

6. What are the noise restrictions?

To respect our neighbours, we require no excessive noise during the day and absolute quiet between 10pm and 8 am. Violating these rules may result in immediate eviction.

7. What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 3 pm onwards, and check-out is by 10 am. Please let us know your estimated arrival time.

8. Can I make a booking on behalf of someone else?

No, we do not accept bookings made on behalf of others (e.g., teenagers and people under the age of 26 years old).

9. Will I be charged extra for cleaning?

Our property is professionally cleaned after each stay. However, extra charges may apply if additional cleaning is required (e.g., BBQ, dirty dishes, washing machine, dishwasher, emptying the fridge, or removal of excessive rubbish). If the cleaning exceeds the standard fee, you will be charged for the extra costs.

10. How is cleanliness and hygiene maintained at the property?

We work with a dedicated cleaning and laundry team who follow strict guidelines to ensure the home and linens are cleaned and disinfected to the highest standards between stays.

11. Are visitors allowed to stay overnight?

No, visitors are not permitted to stay overnight at the property.
